Debbie
Hi, I'm Debbie and the Matriarch of the company. I started Creative Design in 1988 because I wanted to prove I could build a business from something I loved and also be very successful (and also to prove to my husband that I could :). I also wanted to help subsidize my folks so I didn't have to take away from the family. It always fasinated me to watch the machine run and proud to have programmed it. When it sewed out with no errors- it made me feel accomplished.
Over the last year or so, the kids have moved me to more of a consultant position and as a figure head. I haven't minded too much as I tend to like to spend as much time as possible with my granddaughter Kaitlin.

Kara
Hi, I'm Kara and have been with Creative Design for about 3 years now. However, I did grow up with it just upstairs. My job here is basically to do everything that is not creative and fun. They do let me out on occasion to go to Trade Shows and to the stores. I am the one you will always see (and much to my consternation, ask where my mother is…) The attractive man next to me is my husband, Alex whom you will often see at the Trade Shows with me. He does not work for Creative Design but has been roped into it by marriage. We have 1 baby who has taught us very quickly, that there is nothing more of a handful than a 1 1/2 year old Keeshond. (See Loki)
I am also the one you will very likely speak with when you call or email, etc. (If you are not already speaking with Jen). It is my mission everyday to answer all questions and address any of your concerns. (Or at the very least, find the one responsible and promptly beat them with a stick)

Kristin
Hi, my name is Kristin and I have been with Creative Design for about 12 years. I am a digitizer here and do most of our custom work. I also am the only one here who knows everything about all of our machines so they have informed me I can never leave. That should feel like job security and not a threat, right? Disclaimer: Kara denies any and all allegations of threats to digitizers and regrets that Kristin will no longer be accepting outside correspondence. |

Jo
Hi, I'm Jo the "Old Lady" of the group. I'm also the sewer, I suppose you could call me the "Head Sewer". I also help with our retail stores doing inventory and what-not. If we do any custom or production work for you, I will personally handle every garment. (Yes, that was supposed to be comforting :) |

Loki
Hi, I'm Loki and have been here at Creative Design for about a year and a half. I am incredibly spoiled rotten and do my best to distract anyone who will make eye contact with me. I am extraordinarily cute and loved by all. Did I mention I was spoiled? I like to comprise my day of playing with my tennis ball and harassing Charlie whenever he comes into the office. I feel very fortunate to have been raised by not just 2 parents but also by 5 other moms (whom I must say are very easy pushovers) |

Charlie
I'm Charlie and have lived with Kristin for over 14 years now. I am the old man of the group and prefer to spend my time sleeping or making sure no one is letting any food go to waste. Things started going downhill around here a little over a year ago when they started letting that one they call Loki come around. I now not only have to share my food, he seems to think I am some sort of a toy. I will be happy to make arrangements with anyone wishing to take him home (please don't mention this to Kara). |
